Incomplete property checking for asynchronous reactive systems
Asynchronous reactive systems find applications in a wide range of software systems such as communication protocols, embedded software systems, etc. It is highly desirable to rigorously show that these systems are correctly designed, because a correct design is vital to providing services of high quality. However, formal approaches to the verification of these systems, such as model checking, a...
متن کاملa new type-ii fuzzy logic based controller for non-linear dynamical systems with application to 3-psp parallel robot
abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...

A reactive system does not terminate and its behaviors are typically defined as a set of infinite sequences of states. In formal verification, a requirement is usually expressed in a logic, and when the models of the logic are also defined as infinite sequences, such as the case for LTL, the satisfaction relation is simply defined by the containment between the set of system behaviors and that ...

متن کاملAn integer linear programming approach for bilinear integer programming
We introduce a new Integer Linear Programming (ILP) approach for solving Integer Programming (IP) problems with bilinear objectives and linear constraints. The approach relies on a series of ILP approximations of the bilinear IP. We compare this approach with standard linearization techniques on random instances and a set of real-world product bundling problems.
